Job description
We're seeking a die setter / punch press setup candidate in Mendota Heights! This die setter / punch press operator is on the first shift and has a great opportunity to become part of a growing company.
Off early Fridays plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus!
Hours: 6 am – 3 pm, Monday - Thursday, 6 am - 12 pm Friday
Pay: $20 - 27/hr.

Duties of the die setter / punch press operator:
- Perform setups on punch press utilizing progressive tooling as well as single hit and compound dies
- Calculate shut height
- Install limit switches, safety chains, and light screens
- Turn in first article pieces to QA department
- Install and affix applicable safety guards
- Assist in training and certification of junior die setter and operators as necessary
- Work with toolroom / QA as needed to resolve tooling / QA issues
