The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add a skilled, experienced diet clerk to our Cura Hospitality team in Shakopee, MN. As a diet clerk, you will have the opportunity to manage the flow of meal service during dining operations.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing nutritional data software.
- Inputting nutritional information.
- Addressing concerns regarding nutritional information and menu content.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of nutritional recommendations, especially for medical needs.
- At least one years’ experience in nutrition or related field.
- Vaccination against Covid-19 is required.
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of SureQuest Food Service Management Systems.

Compensation:
$15 - $18 per hour DOE
