King Street Rehab is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Rye Brook, NY. We are seeking a self driven Registered Dietician with strong leadership abilities to fill our Registered Dietician Position.
Registered Dietician must have good patient/clinical assessment and communication skills.
Registered Dietician assesses nutrition status of resident's plan of care
Registered Dietician monitors weight and communicat with staff.
Registered Dietician completes MDS's in a timely manner.
Registered Dietician completes and updates care plan for follow-up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.16 - $38.08 per hour
