Digital Marketing Manager

Position Summary:
- Responsible for implementing marketing plans to attract potential customers, retain existing ones and achieve company goals, while keeping branding/design guidelines in mind.
Duties and Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Supports Regional Marketing Manager to implement successful marketing plans and campaigns.
- HubSpot – By working with Content Creator and other team members, you will:
- Act as the primary administrator of our HubSpot instance and contact database including the creation and maintenance of workflows, custom fields, reports, dashboard development, and data flow management.
- Optimize existing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Manage key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Understand the integration of HubSpot and ERP/CRM to troubleshoot any anomalies
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management.
- Monitor, measure, and analyze the success of each campaign, to understand how Fabreeka’s inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine Fabreeka’s process to covert customers.
- To Sum Up: From managing lists and contacts to reporting, people on the team should be turning to you for help.
- Ensures brand messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies across all media platforms, events, and opportunities.
- Implements corporate design and approves copy for ads, brochures, and other collateral.
- Plans and organizes sales and promotional presentations, including AEC Daily and state approvals for SE (structural engineer) presentations, and assists with webinars as needed.
- Market Segment Manager/Business Development support with weekly calls.
- Works with vendor to update SEO (search engine optimization) SEA (advertisements) for US website.
- Prepares monthly reports including, AEC Daily, ConstructConnect, Google/Social/HubSpot.
- Attends trade shows and/or assists with design and organization when needed.
- Oversees/assists with UK marketing efforts.
- Special projects as required.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in education opportunities.
Required Skilled and Abilities
· Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing or related, MBA a plus
· Minimum 5-8years of digital marketing experience
· Proficient with HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite (required); Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)
· Experience with ERP/CRM integration with HubSpot, SAP/C4C a plus
· Development experience with WordPress/HTML
· Experience with social media, SEO/SEA and understanding of web traffic metrics
· Excellence in working with and maintaining brand standards
· Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and organizational skills
· Ability to work with individuals and groups in various levels of our company and with vendors
· Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion
· Ability to manage numerous projects within the department and support the efforts of other departments in achieving company goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
