Digital Print Operator

KCI is in search of a digital print operator. Experience in the print industry preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

The ideal candidate has the following qualities/abilities:

· Mechanically inclined

· Knowledge about digital printers (black and white as well as color), paper stocks and weights, toner and all other aspects of digital printing

· Ability to follow printing job ticket and order specifications

· Basic Bindery Skills (Mostly Cutting)

· Creative problem solving and trouble shooting skills

· Able to perform color correction and data manipulation

· Knowledge of variable data

· Detail oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment

· Able to stand for 8 hours per day, lift up to 30lbs

· Experience with Fiery Software

KCI offers a casual work environment producing high quality products. The Digital Print Operator position is Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Overtime required during peak seasons, shift will change from first to second during our 5 busy seasons throughout the year (approximately 12 weeks per year).
