Dining Cruise Captain
StarLite Cruises is looking for captains with a 100-ton Masters License to operate our dining cruise vessels.

Our captains are responsible for overseeing cruise-related operations, preparing for the day, checking wind and weather conditions, and ensuring that all necessary safety aspects are in place. The captain will be responsible for safely transporting guests, maintaining logs and performing daily safety inspections, assisting with set-up and breakdown, greeting guests, and overseeing other crew members at all times. Applicants should be able to multi-task and effectively manage time.

Our vessels are 80-120ft long with twin diesel engines and require some skill to operate. Experience with vessels of the size is preferred but not required.

We are looking for a fill-in captain to relieve the lead captains on three vessels; the Starlite Sapphire (115x22), the Calypso Breeze (85x30), and the Dolphin Racer (65x18). Between all three vessels, this would be a full-time position.

All crew members are subject to a USCG regulated drug testing program.

Any experience level captains should apply, on the job training will be provided!

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• St. Petersburg, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
