The VTDC in Seneca is hiring a full time Community Participation Supports Professional (CPSP). The position is responsible for supporting participants with intellectual/developmental or mental health disabilities in facility-based and community-based activities. This position provides direct support to the participants in Licensed Day Habilitation and/or participation in community environments and activities that involve persons with disabilities. The CPSP will be responsible to support program participants in a manner that ensures respect, dignity, privacy, and choice.

This position requires the person to obtain an Act 34 clearance and Motor Vehicle Report, possess a valid driver’s license. A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.

Full time employees are offered 10 paid holidays, 5 paid vacation days after 90 days and 13 more after completing your first year! Health, vision and dental benefits, an employer paid hospital indemnity and accident plan, short term disability, life insurance, and a $500.00 signing bonus after 6 months completion of employment. After 90 days probationary period, the rate of pay will increase 4%.
