Now Hiring for FT/PT Direct Support Professionals for our 3 Milford locations. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Prefer applicants in the Milford area or Clermont Co.

Shifts available:

Pebblebrook home:

• 2 FT 8am-8pm (every other weekend off)
• 1 PT 8am-8pm (every other weekend off)

Stillwater home:

• 2 FT 2nd shift 1:30pm-10:30pm weekdays, 10a-10p every other weekend

Willnean home:

• 1 PT 2nd 2:30p-11p weekdays, 10a-10p weekends (every third weekend off)
• 1 FT 3rd shift 11p-9a weekdays, 9a-9p weekends (every third weekend off)

Qualifications/Educational Requirements of the Caregiver position:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Graduate of an accredited High School or equivalent required
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be able to complete a background check

Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

DSP’s/Caregivers must be able to perform the following essential job functions:

• Assisting individuals with disabilities in residential settings with: food preparation, cleaning, dressing, grooming, and working to assist with the individuals with their specific needs & goals.
• Ensuring the health & safety of the individuals
• Promoting a positive living environment
• Daily documentation & communication
• Be willing to provide transportation to assist with community activities, medical appointments, personal needs such as grocery shopping etc.
• Dispense & administer medications to the individuals
• Maintains essential certifications
