Looking for a PT hours Swing Shift caregiving position? We have swing shifts from 5pm-11pm. You must be able to work 2 days on/ 2 days off plus every other weekend. Want to make a difference in someone's life? Direct Support Professionals support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by implementing behavior plans, teaching self-care skills, cooking meals, doing household tasks, and fun activities. No caregiving experience? We provide 75 hours of paid training.

Hiring bonus: $500 after your first 90 days then another $500 after you have completed your first 6 months of work and all required training is complete*!

• $20.00/hour
• Consistent schedule with a 2 day on/2 day off and must be able to work every other weekend
• Part-time positions available for swing shift- 4pm-11pm or 5pm-11pm
• Our Scheduler provides your schedule for the entire month- plan your work/life balance!
• 75 hours paid Caregiver Training including CPR/First Aid
• First year Nurse Assistant Registered (NAR) license paid

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with their personal care - personal hygiene and grooming
• Daily tasks include light housekeeping, laundry, and keeping the home comfortable for the clients
• Plan meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals
• Accompany clients to scheduled medical appointments
• Remind and assist clients with self-administration of medications (with training)
• Accompany clients on fun community activities~movies, swimming, trips to the beach or zoo, shopping at the mall, etc.
• Document services provided using computer
• Requirements:
• Must be able to provide proof of completed Covid vaccination record
• Be at least 18 Years or older
• Be Able to Pass a Washington State Criminal Background Check
• Have the Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Have basic computer skills

To keep our staff, clients, and the community safe, we take temperatures, provide gloves, cleaning supplies, and hand sanitizers at each house. Masks are required. Each staff is required to complete Covid-19 training upon hire.
