Our company was founded by two healthcare professionals who saw an opportunity to deliver services better than what the market had to offer. Since that time, our Agency has worked continuously to empower its Team Members with the tools and support required to make life-changing services possible.
Responsibilities include:
(1) recruit, interview, hire, train, and manage all Office and Field Team Members (2) complete all Performance Evaluations timely and provide consistent developmental support (3) host semi-annual goal meetings (4) motivate the agency to meet all goals and objectives (5) enforce policies and procedures (6) provide customer service to Team Members, Clients, families of Clients, and referral sources (7) communicate with Support HQ team regularly, timely, and efficiently (8) complete all reports as assigned (9) check shifts daily for accuracy of time, bill rate, and pay rate (10) prepare for billing and payroll and adhere strictly to all deadlines (11) lead all Office Team Members and supervise weekly output (12) manage all benefits and bonuses (13) spearhead growth initiatives (14) assist in the creation and lead a quarterly Branch Meeting (15) assist in the development and implementation of client/TM satisfaction surveys (16) be a part of and manage the Emergency Response Team, their results, and the schedule (17) complete the weekly KPI Report timely (18) manage all WOTC, BWC, and Unemployment Claims and escalate as needed (19) lead weekly MOps Meeting and Orientations (20) visit Clients and family members regularly (21) assist with sales and marketing functions (22) encourage positive Team morale (23) oversee the bi-weekly newsletter (24) maintain accurate and complete personnel records (25) ensure all department functions are completed timely and provide interim support coverage as needed (26) issue and track all electronic equipment (27) all other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
