Decision Resources, Inc. is a technology consulting firm specializing in the sale and implementation of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) manufacturing systems and sales of DRI software that complements that ERP.. We are the largest provider of the CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) and CloudSuite Process ERP systems.
Job Summary:
The Director, Client Success Team is a newly created leadership opportunity that will establish and set the strategic vision and plan for the Client Success Team. This individual will motivate their team to drive the sales of our products and services, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5 or so direct reports.
- Work with DRI leadership to build the proper structure and foundation for our CST.
- Establish and set vision and plan for CST focusing on driving sales of products and services.
- Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- Establish strategic relationships with C-Suite executives from specific marquee customers.
- Optimize the customer journey.
- Form cross selling and upselling strategies opportunities (cloud).
- Be a coach and mentor to the Client Success team and guide them through regular communication and planning strategies with DRI clients.
- Attain or exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Work with other DRI leaders to implement strategy, coordinate resources, etc.
- Lead the adoption and use of DRI CRM (HubSpot).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven track record of strategic client selling in business software in the SMB space.
- Exceptional sales and client satisfaction skills.
- Experience selling enterprise applications to mid-size businesses ($20M - $500M a year).
- Experience (or knowledge of) structuring ERP projects and quoting ERP services
- Proven leader and motivator of teams.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage executive level client relationships.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% to DRI clients and DRI offices
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the Infor SyteLine ecosystem.
- Location: Western Pennsylvania preferred, but open to other areas. DRI’s customers and staff are spread across the continental US.
