The Director/Senior Director, Digital Engagement Strategy will serve as a teammate in the strategy and insights offerings of Snow Companies. The Director, Digital Engagement Strategy must be able to exercise independent judgment, process complicated situations quickly with discernment, prioritize and complete multiple tasks with deadlines that may overlap, and identify issues and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment. The Director, Digital Engagement Strategy must be up to date and comfortable with changes in technology, social media platforms, program management tools, and media production tools in both photo and video editing.

The Director, Digital Engagement Strategy will collaborate effectively with both internal and external parties, including clients, company partners, and various vendors. The Director, Digital Engagement Strategy must consider the patient and caregiver perspective as well as biotechnological and pharmaceutical needs and be able to make observations and decisions based on those trends.

The Director, Digital Engagement Strategy will be responsible for managing a team of strategists and insights researchers. In addition, The Director, Digital Engagement Strategy will leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to deliver direction on how to best provide value for patients and how best to optimize patient brand engagement to empower patients to take ownership of their healthcare journey for the goal of achieving better health outcomes.

Snow’s business is centered around the patient journey, and the Director, Digital Engagement Strategy, like all positions at Snow, must be open, compassionate, and sensitive to the unique life experiences of these patients and caregivers. The Director, Digital Engagement Strategy must be able to incorporate the unique patient/caregiver experience into the strategies and solutions we provide to our clients.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. A Master’s degree is preferred but is not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
