As You Are is an exciting new virtual clinic with a mission to dramatically increase access to early autism diagnostic services using exclusively telehealth appointments. An early diagnosis is critical because it unlocks therapeutic options at a time when they are most effective. It can take years to get a diagnosis, but As You Are pediatricians can get families answers within weeks. Our pediatricians are extensively trained to evaluate children for autism in order to provide families and referring physicians answers. As You Are is managed and operated by Quadrant Biosciences Inc. and its affiliates.

JOB SCOPE

We are seeking a Director of Clinical Operations with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills who is passionate about improving pediatric health outcomes in a rapidly evolving and innovative telehealth space. This person would be involved in all aspects of practice operations including: scheduling and onboarding, staff recruitment, hiring and strategic development.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Interest in expanding access to care for families and children using telehealth
• Demonstrate thoughtful leadership as a confident decision-maker and maintain a deep understanding of As You Are clinical operations and processes
• Drive organizational efficiency and revenue improvements
• Oversee the development and continued iterations of operational workflows and improve overall business functions for an entirely virtual practice
• Manage daily operations and problem resolution
• Build, track and improve clinical operational KPIs
• Conduct analyses using performance metrics and present recommendations to leadership team
• Drive sustainable growth and minimize losses
• Management of fully remote provider and staff schedules
• Track staff resource utilization and maintain appropriate client to employee ratios
• Define business projections using key inputs and forecast changes in trends to reallocate labor resources effectively
• Work closely with the leadership team regarding staff recruitment, hiring and strategic development
• Onboarding and training of new staff
• Management of team permissions and roles within the EMR

WORK ENVIRONMENTS AND HAZARDS

This position requires sitting for extended amounts of time with a majority of tasks requiring typing at a computer station.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is mainly a stationary position involving sitting and standing for extended periods but may involve walking. Requires the ability to use computer screens and keyboards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of clinical practice management experience OR completion of a healthcare administrative residency/fellowship program
• Experience in pediatrics preferred
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
