Transco Lines, Inc., a logistics and transportation management company specializing in expedited freight, is seeking a Director of Customer Service to join our team in North Little Rock, AR.

Job responsibilities:
- Direct the planning and delivery of customer service activities for all freight
- Define and execute short and long-term customer service and support strategy, leveraging best practices and technology to expand service capabilities, ensuring consistent, high-value and cost-effective service levels
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service organization including ongoing performance evaluation and refinement based upon industry-standard metrics for operational excellence
- Serve as escalation point for customer issues ensuring they are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible, leveraging resources across the company as necessary
About the Company: Transco Lines, Inc. was founded in October 1984 and is headquartered in beautiful Russellville, AR with an additional Full-Service Maintenance terminal in North Little Rock. Transco Lines operates over 350 power units and 700 dry van trailers and our fleet consists of 175 solo drivers and 170 teams. We pride ourselves on providing ultra-modern assets for our drivers and superior service to our customers.
