Director of Ecommerce*
The Director of Ecommerce will be responsible for managing all eCommerce operations, identifying innovative strategies to profitably scale up business, and developing content plans for pay per click and social media advertising as well as email campaigns for all of VTrips and its brands.
Essential Functions:

• Utilize marketing, technology, and management expertise to develop an Ecommerce strategic plan that delivers a superior brand and shopping experience for customers.
• Collaborate with revenue management and digital marketing vendors to adjust PPC spend where needed; monitoring analytics closely.
• Report on all digital campaign analytics and adjust according to performance.
• Drive ad hoc and nurture email campaigns.
• Implement and monitors SMS campaigns.
• Work closely with VP of Product to optimize ecommerce conversions.
• Manage a team of social media specialists, who create and post organic social media content, as well as email marketing specialists.

Requirements: * Qualifications and Experience: *

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in email and e-commerce marketing
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Strong technology and analytics background
• Results-oriented, critical thinker, with strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• HTML experience preferred
• Send in Blue and Track PMS experience a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must pass a background screening.
