We are looking for a Director of Fundraising for a non-profit organization in Philadelphia, Pa!

Job Details for Director of Fundraising:

• Salary: $87,000-$92,000, Direct Hire
• Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
• Fully Remote - occasional travel to satellite offices and donor sites, travel expenses covered by company

Job Responsibilities for Director of Fundraising:

• Management of Fiscal Administrator, Donor Relations Specialist, Development Manager
• Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive development plan and programs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of corporate and foundation funding sources
• Identify and solicit major gifts for annual, programmatic and special events from individuals, corporations, and foundations
• Network and build relationships in the business community to increase awareness of organization
• Develop and execute an annual departmental plan with a range of goals and objectives to increase gift income as well as the participation and effectiveness of the Development Committee, special event committee volunteers and staff.

Requirements for Director of Fundraising:

• Bachelor's Degree required at a minimum
• 6 - 10 years of comprehensive fundraising/development experience including 5 years of experience in a director level capacity
• Experience using systems such as: BlackBoud, Financial Edge, or Razors Edge is preferred
