Business Unit: Global Transaction Advisory Group
Job Title: Director of Marketing
  • Director-level leadership role, reporting to the Managing Director and Head of Relationship Management for Global TAG
  • The Director of Marketing will work with the Head of RM and the Global TAG leaders to plan, develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, support the launch of strategic growth initiatives, and create or identify marketing opportunities for TAG and industry leaders to be present in the market.
  • This role will oversee and lead all marketing-related strategies and projects with support from the RM Marketing Coordinator and other marketing-related resources.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Help develop an annual strategic marketing plan and budget for TAG US.
  • Manage all marketing initiatives for TAG US and liaise with Global TAG regions to support, coordinate, and align marketing strategies to ensure consistent messaging in the market globally.
  • Maintain, manage, and update all practice & industry collateral, including new service collateral creation and sync with firm-wide repositories.
  • Manage and provide guidance on social media campaigns and PR planning/deliverables to increase global brand awareness.
  • Manage press releases and social media coverage for all strategic growth initiatives.
  • Manage, and oversee marketing needs related to sponsored events.
  • Help identify marketing opportunities for TAG professionals to be more present in the market. In addition, help identify marketing opportunities for industry verticals to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and oversee thought leadership programs.
  • Oversee and work with RM Marketing Coordinator to maintain Global TAG website content, collateral repository, and practice microsite.
  • Strategic oversight of the Marketing function to elevate the significant growth of practices, including:
    • Templating of processes and programs
    • Marketing Calendar
    • Initiatives linked to account management program (i.e., bespoke marketing for priority accounts and broader PE & Corporate target audience)
    • Upgrade of marketing technology tools
  • Manager for junior-level marketing resource
Experience:
  • 8-10+ years of professional services marketing in roles that have increased in responsibility over time
  • Manage marketing campaigns and programs – from creation through execution and measurement
  • Knowledge of private equity and corporates
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of services
  • Strong writing skills, including the ability to draft and edit collateral content for market use and communications to leadership
