Director of Operations and Hospitality

The Director of Operations will be responsible for:

• Directing and managing daily operations, by being physically present, to include labor management and overall administration of operations and objectives to ensure organizational culture and department quality outcomes
• Overseeing all department operations; working directly with all supervisors, department heads and physicians by providing necessary guidance and support for department and company success
• Managing and maintaining adequate and appropriate staffing; conducting interviews, recommending candidates during the selection process, and coordinating the onboarding process
• Managing the overall growth of volume and staff; anticipating staffing and process changes to accommodate growth demands
• Communicating goals and expectations effectively to all team members; conducting periodic coaching and completing annual evaluations
• Managing operational project forecasting and budgets
• Developing and maintaining policies and procedures in compliance with local, state and federal requirements while following industry best practices
• Maintaining and enhancing relationships with key vendors to improve and expand services; networking and negotiating contracts with applicable third parties; analyzing statistical results to identify and enhance business development
• Defining metrics to effectively measure facility goals and leadership expectations to stakeholders
• Completing assigned projects within time and budget parameters
• Utilizing best practices and tools for project executions, management, training and support
• Identifying methods to improve operational efficiencies and optimizing costs while preserving a professional, clean and visually appealing facility for all patients and guests
• Leading the training and development of staff; identifying top-performers to coach and mentor; working with under performers with performance improvement plans
• Contributing to the mission and goals of the company
• Upholding accountability across team of directors
• Communicating appropriately and effectively
