Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly motivated Director of Rehab to join our dynamic team in Brewster, MA. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and evaluating the rehabilitation and therapy services provided to our patients. The Director of Rehab will supervise and manage a team of therapists and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and oversee the operations of the rehab department
- Develop and implement policies and procedures relating to rehab services
- Evaluate and assess therapy services provided to patients
- Conduct performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies for achieving departmental goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care to patients
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy
- Valid state licensure in respective discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical rehabilitation experience
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and requirements
