Hilltop Village Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for a passionate, patient-focused Director of Rehab to supervise the Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy staff at Hilltop Village. The DOR is responsible for overall supervision, coordination and administration of the department activities. The ideal candidate will be team oriented and have the ability to work in a fun, fast paced environment. Must be a licensed therapist, and experience is strongly preferred.

The primary purpose of the position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Operating Company Eduro HealthCare's values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.
