- Administrative duties include completing job related paperwork and forms, attending team meetings, and participating in training and certifications.
- Production work will include all aspects of on-site disaster restoration tasks, maintaining vehicles and all equipment, and performing on-the-job training for our technicians.
- Customer service activities include serving as a liaison between the customer and our company using a professional manner in all situations, and collecting service fees, and selling additional services.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report
- Ability to wear company provided uniforms and personal protective equipment
- Ability to work a typical 7:30 am – 4:30 pm schedule with occasional variance depending on the job and customer need
- Ability to respond to emergency situations during hours other than regularly scheduled
- Ability to fulfill on-call requirements one day per week and one weekend a month (On-call compensation includes $30 bonus for new jobs responded to, plus regular hourly rate and applicable overtime)
- Relational skills including effective verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, observation of and attention to details, making decisions, and directing others
- Organizational skills including meeting deadlines and adjusting to a rapidly changing environment
- Customer Service skills including the ability to communicate technical information in an effective and understandable way to the clients and dealing with issues in a positive and diplomatic way
- Technological skills including the abilities to use phone and iPad applications and learn and apply new systems
