Maui Brewing Company Lahaina is looking to grow our BOH team with Dishwashers. As a vital part of our restaurant, the ideal candidate will be someone who is friendly, reliable, quick, organized and can follow safety and sanitation standards.

Hourly Pay: $22 - 25/HR

We are looking for candidates who:

• F/T minimum 5 shifts per week
• Clean and restock dishes per week
• Performs opening and closing procedures proficiently
• Great communication/teamwork with front and back of the house
• Understands food safety and cleanliness standards
• Understands quality control and how food should look
• Accepts responsibility towards overall kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Train staff on and ensure the proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment and company property
• Reports to work on time every day with minimal call outs
• Will cover shifts due to staff call outs
• Takes ownership, responsibility, and command of maintaining excellence when chefs are absent
• Closely communicate with Sous Chef(s) and Head Chef to audit quality and safety protocols
• Ability to problem solve and properly execute decisions
