Sedgwick Restaurant Group & Affiliated Restaurants is currently looking for dishwashers to support our Back of House Teams. Shifts may vary. We currently have a need for both day shift and evenigns shifts.

Locations & shift availability includes:

Pure Alpharetta

• 103 Roswell St, Alpharetta, GA 30009
• Shifts are Afternoon Weekdays as well as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

The Union

• 14275 Providence Rd, Milton, GA 30004
• Shifts start at 8:00am and include weekdays and weekends.

7 Acre BarnGrill

• 850 Hickory Flat Rd, Milton, GA 30004
• Shifts start at 3:00pm and include weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities (may vary based on role)

• Use and monitor the Dishwashing Machine properly at all times
• Keep all areas supplied with clean and sanitized plates, glasses, utensils and cooking equipment
• Bag and remove wastes and trash properly throughout the shift
• Execute all prep duties quickly, efficiently, safely and according to PURE standards and specifications
• Keep the dish and prep areas clean throughout the shift
• Ensure that all Guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Kitchen as requested by the Kitchen Manager
• Clock in and out accurately according to your posted schedule.
• Keep waste to a minimum by preparing food items accurately and by following recipes and prep lists carefully.
• Carry, stack, store and clean plates, glassware and utensils properly. Avoid unnecessary breakage, and do not carelessly throw small wares in the trash.
• Maintain a clean workplace and floor and address spills immediately.
• Works as a team at all times with the other members of the BOH staff and assists others whenever possible

Qualifications

• Ability to work on your feet for a continued time
• Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with Kitchen Team Members and Kitchen Managers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
