i. Position Expectations

1) Support and maintain a clean and safe working environment
100% compliance with all Personal Protective Equipment training
2) Take ownership for all state and local individual permits
3) Maintain a clean environment at all times
4) Use appropriate kitchen systems to demonstrate proper and safe usage of food service equipment

5) Comply with all state and local regulatory issues, including Tip Guidelines and health codes

6)Handle requests and daily tasks courteously and productively, using appropriate language and tone of voice

7) Show your willingness to be of assistance and take initiative in finding creative solutions when faced with obstacles
8)Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow dress guidelines
9)Seek ways to improve your own performance including approaching your manager with questions, and requesting additional training as
needed
10)Show commitment to Team through collaboration and positive, proactive communication
