Introduction

We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our culinary team at Harumama Carlsbad for a part-time. Our dishwashers are an integral part of operations and must retain the integrity of our restaurant’s cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage loading and unloading dishwashing machines

• Appropriately store clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.

• Ensure that there are always enough clean dishes, glassware, and utensils

• Check the washing machine’s operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues

• Sanitize kitchen area and floors

• Remove garbage regularly

Qualifications

• No experience necessary

• Ability to follow instructions and sanitation procedures

• Attention to detail

• Availability to work in shifts

• Ability to stand for long hours

• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
