Job description
Dishwasher maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks. Maintains clean/dry floors throughout the shift. Responsible for proper trash/waste disposal.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the availability of clean wares by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware.
- Preparing kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking ware storage areas and cook stations.
- Assisting in kitchen food running before and during service.
- Assisting with food preparation when needed.
- Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, pans, mixers, etc.
- Unloading and storing deliveries.
- Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
- Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
- Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
- Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Must have natural hair color.
- Professional and clean appearance.

- Ability to walk and stand for hours at a time.
- Eagerness to learn and to improve as a host/hostess.

- Weekend availability.
Hourly rate: $14 - $16 (based on experience).
