Hi! We're looking for people who can help us take care of cleaning our dishes and other tableware and kitchenware, organizing our kitchen, and even run food sometimes and help with other mixed duties in the restaurant. We've been around for more than 10 years and are getting ready to re-open.

Responsibilities:

Our dishwashers as part of the back of the house staff, clean dishes and other tableware and kitchenware, receive and stock groceries, and other food items, might help prep ingredients, bring out food from time-to-time, help clear and clean tables, operate standard kitchen equipment safely, keep track of inventory, help set up and clean the restaurant and kitchen daily, keep their station spotless, smile, are kind, respectful, organized, punctual, and reliable.

Our dishwashers must be able to:

• Efficiently clean al table and kitchenware
• Come in early: 6:45am weekdays and 7:15am weekends
• Work 8-10 hours daily standing up and bending constantly
• Be available on weekends and holidays
• Reach, bend, kneel, climb on a ladder, lift up to 50lbs
• Maintain prep stations well stocked with utensils
• Keep track of inventory
• Have very high standards of hygiene and cleaning
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Be knowledgeable on our entire menu
• Cross-train in other stations of the café
• Collaborate with opening, closing and cleaning duties
• Be efficient, calm, composed
• Contribute to a safe and respectful work environment

Pre-Reqs:

• Min 1 year of experience at a food establishment (preferred)
• US work authorization (required)
• Ability to communicate in English (required)
• Ability to reliably commute (required)

• Hours of operation: M-F 7:30am-3pm / Wknds 8am-3pm. Coffee window opens 30 mins earlier

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
