Multiband Global is hiring a Dispatcher to provide a high quality customer service experience and support to our field technician teams.
The Dispatcher will be responsible for initial and intra-day scheduling and adjustment of the installation and maintenance schedule for technicians. This individual should be detail oriented and be able to function under pressure, in a fast paced environment.
- Construct initial daily schedules for installation technicians, monitor progress of work in the field, and make intra-day adjustments to ensure no appointments are missed.
- Must be able to work flexible hours with the understanding that workdays can be in excess of normal hours and some weekend and holiday work may be required.
- Strong detailed mindset and organizational skills
- Adaptability, initiative, and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Experience in scheduling and routing software
