Distribution Assistants are responsible for ensuring our café teams and foodservice customers have the coffee, supplies, and equipment they need to succeed to fulfill our mission to make people's days better.
In addition to driving one of the Compass vehicles on delivery routes, you'll also work in our warehouse, helping to pack the café orders and fulfill e-commerce orders. This is a fast paced and hands on role, where the results of your work are tangible every day.
Responsibilities:
Distribution Assistants pick, pack, and fulfill orders. You will be responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of your deliveries.
Requirements:

• Driver’s license + a clean driving record (no CDL required).
• Must be comfortable and confident driving around the DMV.
• Able to lift 50lbs unassisted.

This role is a full-time, hourly position, with dependable hours. This opening is for our second shift distribution assistant. Your shifts will be Sunday - Thursday evenings, 5pm - 1:30 am with 30 minute break during your shift.
Total pay includes hourly pay starting at $20.00, plus benefits including healthcare and PTO.
