Our industries require impeccable quality and we are seeking a Document Control Specialist. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple aspects of a technical manufacturing process. Job Responsibilities:
- Generate customer Certificate of Compliance and assure conformance to all quality requirements prior to shipment
- Assess customer blueprints to identify and number all features/requirements and create inspection documents
- Perform final product review prior to shipment including: visual inspection for damage; packaging review; review of test data, certs, and routers for completion
- Quality Recordkeeping – Scan and archive production documents and certifications
- Assist in the review and completion of First Article documents per AS9102 standards
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Understanding of AS9100 quality standards is required
- Software knowledge of DISCUS and Net-Inspect highly preferred
- Solid communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to manage a worklist, meet deadlines, and communicate issues
- Punctuality and attendance is crucial
- Positive attitude, will put forth the effort when challenged but will request assistance when needed
