CLASSIFICATION: HOURLY FULL TIME REPORTS TO: SQF COMPLIANCE MANAGER

The Project Assistant/Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for helping maintain and automate the SQF Quality and Risk Management system for the Food Crafting division of the company. Along with various other day-to-day office and reception duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Control of all SQF Quality & Risk Management System Documents. This includes assisting in the development, tracking, review, authorization and maintenance of the documents.
Update SOPs and forms following internal document control procedures
Organization skills to keep accurate physical & electronic records and find important information quickly
Oversee and maintain employee printed and electronic training records
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Any other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
Participate in regulatory and third party audits.
Experience with PC software and data entry required
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Greet and welcome visitors to the, ensuring they sign in the visitors SQF log book and informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival.
Issue and maintain locker keys, security cards, answer phones
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
Support managers with administrative duties as required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Experience in document quality control (1+ year)
Office Management Experience
Familiar with Google Suite, Dropbox, and office equipment
Bilingual - (English/Spanish) helpful
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The assigned site is in the Orem Food Crafting Facility. The performance of this position requires exposure to manufacturing areas where personal protective equipment such as hairnets, face masks, gowns, and gloves are commonly worn. For the most part, ambient room temperatures, lighting, noise, and food facility conditions exist.

Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
