Job description

Piper Companies is looking for a Document Management Product Specialist for a top asset and financial management organization based in the Philadelphia, PA area.


THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!


Responsibilities for the Document Management Product Specialist:

  • You will be responsible for providing technical and functional expertise to the enterprise community for on-prem and cloud-based document management tools
  • Ensure the efficient utilization and accessibility to the various document management tool suite


Qualifications for the Document Management Product Specialist include:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in creating and maintaining complex enterprise-wide document management IT solutions
  • Strong experience with document management systems such as IBM Content Manager (CM), IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) and/or IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
  • Experience with Kofax Capture, Kofax KTM, Kofax KCNS and related modules in the Kofax Capture suite
  • Experience with DocuSign
  • Technical knowledge of CI/CD, release pipelines (Azure DevOps), and automation
  • Knowledge of both on-prem and cloud integration with Windows Server, SQL server, Microsoft Azure, and AWS
  • Technical knowledge of setting up, managing, providing access and maintaining API tools such as SOAP, REST, JSON, Swagger, WSDL’s, XML, SQL Queries, OAUTH2 etc.


Compensation for the Document Management Product Specialist:

  • Compensation is up to $110-120K
  • Direct Hire, Remote Opportunity
