We are looking for Construction Maintenance/Tenant Improvement Workers to join our multiple crews working throughout Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.

Hourly Employee, Full-Time, Company Provided Benefits & OT is available!

Pay is Dependent on Experience (DOE)

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Drywall repair - taper, mud, framing
• General Carpentry
• Performing maintenance and light/major repairs
• Installing doors and windows
• Steel stud framing
• General maintenance and cleaning
• Painting and staining in the interior/exterior
• Flooring repair and installation
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
• Follow the direction of the Superintendent/General Superintendent with regards to daily production schedule and activities

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a building maintenance worker/technician
• Walk/Stand/Kneeling/Bending for long periods of time
• Having your own basic tools is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation, as you will need to drive your vehicle
• Required to have a valid DL

• Required to pass pre-employment drug test/physical/background check

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
