About the Role

What you’ll do:

• Manage daily responsibilities for assigned E-Commerce partners

• Work cross-functionally across the company to set strategy, implement and manage an E-Commerce posting and sales procedure

• Research antiquities and collector items to provide thorough, accurate, and well written listings for internet publication

• Optimize item listings utilizing data analytics

• Assist with all aspects of order management including dispute resolution and chargebacks

• Review customer feedback and provide excellent customer service aligned with product knowledge, E-Commerce, and company policies.

• Report marketplace performance metrics, define results, oversee marketing programs

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Experience with product listings, web analytics, online marketing and E-Commerce tools

• Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organization skills

• Strong communication skills both oral and written

• Must possess ability to create, analyze and comprehend marketplace trending

• Analytically-minded; someone who is comfortable with data, results-driven and can navigate through ambiguity

• Proficient in Google Suite of Analytics Tools, especially Google Sheets, and CRM Software such as Salesforce
