E-Commerce Site Merchandiser

Full Time | New York, NY | Hybrid | Fully Remote Available
Compensation: $65,000 to $85,000 yearly Depending on experience

Job summary

We are seeking a team-oriented Site Merchandiser to own content setup for our expanding digital shelf. In close collaboration with our marketing taskforce, this individual will play a critical role in optimizing customer touch points to drive conversions.

What you’ll do

• Drive merchandising and assortment to deliver a superior online experience
• Own content setup for our digital shelf, including product selection and presentation
• Review product listing quality reports and make recommendations on how to pivot
• Look for data-driven opportunities to maximize returns on investment
• Find new ways to maximize conversions with external and buying teams
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize content interactions and secure relevance
• Support account managers at site events and live promotions
• Deliver cross-functional reports detailing performance of merchandising initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• 3 or more years of site merchandising experience
• Retail or e-commerce experience is a must
• Passion for interior design, fashion, or aesthetically-related fields
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and results driven
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
