What you’ll be doing…

Main Mission: Develop the online sales business for the USA/CAN territory;

Under the responsibility of the USA/CAN Sales Support manager, you will be in charge of the commercial development of the online sales sites of the CWD, Devoucoux, Butet and Attractive Saddle brands on the USA/CAN territory.

To develop online sales:

• To ensure the service to the customers about the products or services offered
• To qualify the leads
• To sell tack and saddles through the websites
• To crop and publish the pictures of the saddles online on the websites
• To follow the orders

To increase the direct sales network efficiency by validating the online lead and push them into sales representative’s agendas:

• Participating to create/set the digital communication strategy in conjunction with the marketing teams.
• Validating with potential clients the interest of a physical rep visit
• Transferring all useful contacts

Working conditions:

- Full-time position: 5 to 6 days a week, M-F/S, 40h+/week

- On site with possibility of up to 2 days remote, based on experience

Job Requirement:

- Strong organizational skills & being autonomous.

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred – whether it was an in person or remote position.

- Positive attitude, good communication skills and a multitasking profile are strong assets to thrive in this position!

- As well as having experience in the equestrian world.

Salary starting at 25K Base + up to 50K Variable for most experienced profiles. Full package to be determined according to the level of work experience and sales results.
