We are an ethical and green skincare company that has been growing successfully for years and now we need someone with the skill set to help us continue our expansion on on-line market platforms: Amazon.com, Amazon. Ca, Amazon Global , Walamart.com, Walgreens.com, CVS.com & other online platforms.
We are looking for an E-Commerce Assistant Account Manager that is experienced in marketing and sales. We are seeking an energetic and well-disciplined person who is motivated and ready to work. This is a team oriented, fast-paced environment where creativity is encouraged and many opportunities to grow in the e-commerce industry.
Responsibilities:
Amazon
- Monitor Amazon product catalog – 45+ SKUs on Amazon US, Canada + Global
- File and follow up on Amazon Cases via email and phone.
- Creation of new listings across different marketplaces
- Execution of product page maintenance and digital asset execution ( A++ pages, Amazon Stores, Amazon Posts).
- Track and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews
- Build actionable insights from Amazon and other marketplace data analytics that can be converted directly into strategy
- Review competitor product listings to identify best practices, new product opportunities, and areas in need of improvements
- Ability to spot trends and turn insights into actionable items
- Monitor marketing performance and spend for keyword campaigns and product ads, working with PPC and DSP agencies.
- Analyze sales performance on a weekly basis, prepare internal reports/monitoring of daily impression rate, product detail page view rate, and conversion rate
- Stay abreast of all changes to the Amazon platform; make sure the company is poised to benefit from any feature/product/tool releases to improve productivity and leverage growth opportunities
- Business analysis and the ability to turn complex data into tangible reports
- Forecasting and assisting our shipping department with weekly reviews of product demand changes
- ROI reviews on major promotions/initiatives, work with influencers and PR Publishing companies to drive traffic to the listings
- Track Facebook, IG and Tiktok ads that drive traffic directly to Amazon
- Full ownership of a discount/promotional calendar, set up all promotions across all brands, analyze details at the item level for profitability, inventory availability, and sell through
Walmart
- Account and Listings set up

Minimum Requirements & Preferred Attributes:
- 1 year of marketplace management experience, preferably on Amazon
- Understanding of branding and product listing on different marketplaces.
- Familiar with Facebook, IG, Tiktok marketing
- Familiar with Amazon PPC and DSP
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, required.
- Organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a will to learn and train.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrate ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
- Excellent writing and grammar skills and typing speed of 60 wpm.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38,693.16 - $95,855.92 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
