Qualifications:
- Construction/ Labor background preferred
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong finger and manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures
- Some knowledge of local plumbing codes preferred
- Willing to work in all types of weather
- Some knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
- Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
- Ability to lift 50lb+
- Ability to access crawlspaces and attics
- Ability to use ladders
