TITLE: ELECTRICIANS

REPORTS TO: FOREMAN

COMPANY OVERVIEW

D&D Electrical Construction Company, Inc. is a fully bonded, licensed and insured electrical contracting company serving clients throughout the New York metropolitan area.

We are looking for experienced Electricians who can carry out all duties required for successful operation of installing, troubleshooting, repairing and replacing electrical equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well functioning lighting, mechanical equipment, generators, low voltage and other electrical systems
• Install light fixtures, switches, outlets, circuit-breaker panels, and components for mechanical and fire alarm systems.
• Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
• Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old or damaged wiring and insulated cables.
• Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units
• Participation in safety activities
• Comply with Lock-out, Tag-out procedures as well as other safety protocols

• Adheres to Employee Handbook as well as quality, safety, and environmental standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years in the electrical industry
• Experience in residential and/or commercial electrical systems
• Team player, safety conscious, excellent attitude and work ethic

• Experience in fast paced, electrical construction environment
• Must have a Valid 30 Hour OSHA Card
