Job description
Zachry is seeking an Electrician Journeyman for their Maintenance Site INEOS Battleground, located in La Porte, TX.
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair various equipment, also must posses some instrumentation skills familiarity with safety rules and first aid procedures. Perform basic motor control system repairs and knowledge of proper use and care of test equipment and proper transformer connections. Other duties as assigned. Must be familiar with maintenance electrical systems in a Computer Data Facility. This could be long term maintenance assignment for the right candidate,no per diem or relocation is paid.
Perform three phase motor terminations (high and low voltage) installation of bussing systems, knowledge of proper use and care of test equipment and proper transformer connections.
Heavy Industrial Electrician
Perform conduit installation, installation of grounding and bonding systems and vapor seal fittings. This position entails advanced blueprint reading, material takeoff, job layout, long radius conduit bending, checkout, megging wire, wire identification, tagging, lighting installation, basic rigging, pre-startup maintenance on motors, basic trouble shooting of control and lighting systems, familiarity with safety rules and first aid procedures and installation of PVC. Perform three phase motor terminations (high and low voltage) installation of bussing systems, knowledge of proper use and care of test equipment and proper transformer connections. Other duties as assigned. Helpers assist journeymen with these duties.
