Seeking Help Desk Technician for Behavioral Health Center (Non-profit) - on-site (Hybrid) in New Haven, CT

What the Help Desk Technician will do..
- Provide Help Desk support for end users including computer, telephone and mobile devices/tablets
- Network support including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting via remote and in-person
- Maintain equipment inventory supply including deployment and decommissioning
- Travel to various local job sites for on-site troubleshooting as needed
What the company needs in a Help Desk Technician
- Hybrid work schedule - must be able to travel in-person to New Haven, CT and will be 80% in-office
- Previous IT or Help Desk experience or IT certification required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a passion to work in a collaborative environment that interfaces directly in-person or virtually
- 1 year of experience in IT Help Desk support or a related role
- Ability to work with individuals at any level and a passion to work for an organization that provides health assistance to those in need
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset is a must!!
