Job description
Primary Functional Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to include but are not limited to creating, maintaining and tracking correspondence as necessary; proofreading/validating letters, invoices, agreements; filing, maintaining the department section on JIRA and SalesForce
- Responsible for building/sending/importing all EDI and Batch eligibility
- Identify and escalate all EDI and Batch eligibility data issues to appropriate managers/support staff.
- Maintain all state eligibility websites by resetting passwords on a monthly basis to ensure they remain active and maintain and update all eligibility related documents
- Assist in identifying and recommending Operations eligibility process improvements and working with IT on enhancements
- Responsible for assisting with state Trading Partner Agreements which includes acquiring, completing, submitting, monitoring, tracking and filing applications
- Research the various healthcare eligibility data processes and documentation for all states which includes cold calls, emails, and web research
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2- 5 years of administrative support/coordination experience in healthcare setting
- Work independently with minimal supervision and make appropriate decisions regarding work methods and priorities
- Handle and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to excel in a busy, outcome-oriented work environment
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrable tech-savvy skills
