• Data entry on the computer along with scheduling and managing interviews.
• Handling renewals for current clients by screening them for continual eligibility, and perform recertification conferences.
• Place inquires for inspections and compares different rates accordingly.
• Verifies financial documents including personal information along with, credit report and criminal background.
• Compose notifications, contracts, and any legal document pertaining to the prospective tenant.
• Update allowances when necessary
• Keep track of transfers and of those who are on the waiting list.
• Manages a variety of forms such as logs, reports, orientation letters, denial letters, changes reports, certificates/vouchers, and termination letters.
• Provide customer service by answering incoming calls, notating any messages, and directing them to appointed personnel.
• Cover the front desk and help visitors as they walk in as needed.

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of Case Management/Social Worker experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel. (an assessment will be performed)
• Able to type 40+ wpm.
• Required to have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Be able to lift up to 10 lbs., carry, push and pull.
• Bilingual-English and Spanish a plus.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Fully Vaccinated.
