About You:
Tulip is looking to add a Digital Marketing Specialist to our rapidly growing marketing team!
We are looking for a talented, data-driven performance marketer who aligns with our team values of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The right candidate will be passionate about experimenting, building, and optimizing efforts across our core marketing channels, driving top-of-funnel leads and engagement, and nurturing leads across lifecycle stages through a comprehensive email marketing strategy.
What skills do I need?
- 2-4 years of relevant B2B marketing and/or agency experience.
- Experience with inbound marketing and demand generation channels and strategies.
- Understanding of user intent at various stages of the marketing funnel and experience using email marketing to nurture leads from content download to hand-raise.
- Ability to measure website content performance and on-site user engagement.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms including Salesforce, Marketo, or Hubspot.
- Experience manipulating data, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel.
Extra skills (a plus, not a requirement)
- Agile project management experience.
- Experience with content management systems including WordPress or CraftCMS.
- Experience with a product-led growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and report on key marketing initiatives including website traffic and engagement, digital advertising efforts, and organic search performance.
- Own and manage lead nurturing efforts by leveraging thought leadership and product enablement content across email marketing campaigns.
- Track and manage search engine optimization efforts including keyword research and content optimization.
