Cornerstone Brands – Embroidery Machine Operator
The Opportunity
We are searching for seasonal Embroidery Machine Operators that will use computerized monogram machines to put names or initials onto merchandise such as backpacks, bedding, towels, sheets, etc. No experience is necessary but you must have an eye for detail! We have full time positions available on second shift.

Your Impact
- Read and follow instructions on the customization ticket
- Measure and frame/hoop item to be customized
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- All other duties as directed by CSI Management
What You Bring
- Excellent attention to quality and detail
- Ability to distinguish different colors accurately
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to measure
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet the performance standards of the position
- Ability to read, comprehend and communicate in English
- Climbing, kneeling and squatting as needed
Starting pay for Embroidery Operators is $20/hour!
