We are currently seeking an Engineering Quality Control and Construction Administration candidate to join our Russellville, Arkansas team. The ideal person for this position will be highly professional, motivated, and willing to learn.

Job Responsibilities

• Technical and compliance review of engineering designs and drawings
• Ensuring designs and drawings conform to firm standards and applicable building codes
• Review for change order prevention, construction cost, and code compliance
• Research building codes and standards in other jurisdictions for compliance
• Preparing redline markups of engineering drawings in Bluebeam Revu
• Maintaining and developing quality control standards
• Construction observation and creating observation reports
• Submittal review
• Developing cost estimates for MEP systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 6+ years commercial construction experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficient in Bluebeam Revu

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings
• Detail oriented with good organizational abilities
• Capacity for learning
• Proficient in the Microsoft 365 suite of tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Production oriented and able to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to follow-up in a timely manner
• Excellent clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Positive attitude and driven to succeed
