Position Overview

The Enhancements Coordinator provides reliable support to the Enhancements Manager to help facilitate profitable Enhancement projects. This position will also help work closely with the Garden Enhancement Specialist to ensure successful completion of Enhancement service sales.

How you will make an impact:

Crew Management

  • Prepare and update 72-hour schedule, communicate any changes, and manage timely crew departure
  • Ensure crews have complete jobs packs, all necessary tools, and materials for daily/weekly projects
  • Collect paperwork from each Foreman daily
  • Promote safety in every aspect of job by upholding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies
  • Schedule and complete subcontractor tickets to generate billing (i.e. tree work)
  • Create, track, and complete purchase and change orders for jobs as needed
  • Job pack review and refusal
  • Work with GMs on ENH Job Packs to ensure all necessary information is included for job start
  • Identify missing job pack elements and follow up with GM to complete ENH Job Pack

Time Management

  • Accurately enter and review crew time daily and escalating issues to Enhancements Production Manager
  • Daily field staff time entry for expedited payroll and job costing.
  • Routinely complete work tickets and close jobs in Aspire
  • Organized and accurate data capture so that invoicing is timely and accurate.

Plant & Material Purchasing and Management

  • Source and procure plants options from nurseries
  • Notify Garden Managers and Garden Enhancement Specialist of product deliveries and coordinate next steps
  • Label, water and maintain plants properly before planting

Garden Manager Support

  • Work with Garden Managers on outstanding plant requests, materials procurement, and delivery needs
  • Assist with plant and material delivery to jobsites

Receipt and Expense Report Management

  • Create purchase orders for all receipts from Enhancement crews, Enhancement Manager, Enhancement Superintendent and Coordinator
  • Generate necessary expense reports and submit before weekly deadline
  • Ensure all receipts are filed, coded, and entered in Aspire and coded correctly for Finance

Bulk Inventory

  • Procure, track, and allocate bulk inventory items
  • Coordinate incoming deliveries to Lifescape yard and properly tag materials for upcoming jobs

  • Great at communication with all types of people and personalities
  • Incredibly organized and tech-savvy
  • Able to set expectations and realistic timelines with internal stakeholders
  • Be able to handle multiple jobs throughout the day
  • Willing to learn new systems and perfect the processes
  • Willing to assist others in the department

Your Experience:

  • Valid drivers license with approval from fleet insurance (required)
  • Landscape/Horticulture degree or 2+ years experience in a similar field and/or position (preferred)
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite and Aspire
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)

Starting Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
