Arbor Care Consultant

Certified Tree Care is a full service tree care company who provides a wide range of tree services to residential customers. Our San Antonio, TX location is in need of a well-rounded, naturally active, excited and coach-able individual to present our tree care services to customers, at their homes, primarily from pre-set appointments (leads) as well as by canvassing (d2d). Prior sales experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Meet with potential clients throughout each day with a "closer mentality" and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
• Collect and submit customer payments, as well as collect on any unpaid balances from your customers
• Communicate clearly between management and crew leaders so job sites are properly serviced the first time
• Maintain a positive attitude and be able to receive coaching
• Handle a direct sale/cold call environment during slower seasons (mainly Thanksgiving and Christmas) where appointments may not be provided

Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident in meeting new people
• Willingness to both canvass or self generate business (d2d) as well as run leads
• Go-getter who is excited, active, coach-able, and hungry
• One-call close mentality
• Must have a positive attitude and a professional appearance
• Valid Driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability and willingness to work Saturdays
• Clean criminal record
• Credit must be respectable

Compensation

• Guaranteed minimum compensation of $60,000 per year with the ability to earn much more.
• Typical earnings exceed $100k/year. High earners average $200k/year
• Vehicle reimbursement program
• Fuel reimbursement
• One week paid vacation after 1 year
• No health benefits offered.
