ABC Group Hawaii is looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! You will be playing, teaching and implementing behavioral therapy in one-to-one sessions with our clients who are on the Autism Spectrum. Our clinic is located centrally in Aiea. We are looking for people who fit our culture; science, family, growth, fun and selflessness. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position requires the RBT credential. We provide all on the job training and free training to become an RBT! No previous childcare experience required!

This job is for you, if:

• 18 years or older with High School Diploma or equivalent

• Commitment of at least 1 year to our families

• Available to work (at a minimum) Monday through Friday from 11:30 am - 5:00 pm (Full time and part time positions are available!)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to consent for a series of background checks as required by our funders

• Fun, passionate and coach-able personality

• Authorized to work in the US
