Job description
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the liaison between the Businesses and Engineering departments and conduct meetings with stakeholders, converting management requirements, user feedback, and data flows into product specifications and requirements.
- Involvement in gathering business requirements from Business owners by conducting elaboration sessions and referring existing business artifacts.
- Be in daily, and weekly scrum calls and standup meetings between business units and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Facilitate in performing requirement analysis by gathering both functional and non-functional requirements based on interactions with the Process owners and stakeholders.
Requirements :
- Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, or any relevant.
- Should know the use of tools such as SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Need to have understanding in writing BRD, FRD.
- Knowledge of performing Cost/benefit analysis, GAP analysis, andRisk analysis.
- Should be competent in Managing reporting, analysis, and decision-making for a change request.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
